SUMMARY:Dixon Dub: a Lip Sync Battle Benefit
DESCRIPTION:Innisfree Hotels ‘do good’ Corporate Social Responsibility program called The Hive\,  is proud to present an epic lip sync battle to raise funds for Pensacola’s Dixon School of the Arts. \nDub for Dixon will be held Friday\, September 9\, 2016\, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the brand new ballroom at the Hilton Pensacola Beach (an Innisfree owned hotel). \nThe event will invite teams to battle it out for the lip-syncing champion and win amazing prizes\, as well as engaged audiences to cheer them on. Fun concessions (food and drink) will be available for purchase. \nTickets will be $15 for General Admission and $1\,000 to enter a team.  Click here to buy a general admission ticket or email jill@innisfreehotels.com to enter a team or become a corporate sponsor. \nInnisfree Hotels first became involved with Dixon School of the Arts when it was a struggling charter school\, in jeopardy of closing. Founder and CEO Julian MacQueen and wife Kim took a special interest in the school\, which inspired employees of the hotel company to ‘adopt’ the school – each property taking on clean-up\, tutoring and mentorship of a different classroom. \nOver time\, Innisfree has worked to find new and exciting ways to raise funds and awareness for Dixon School of the Arts\, a private K-8 school with a STEAM curriculum that enhances science\, technology\, engineering and math with a broad fine arts education. Students enjoy hands-on classes in photography\, music\, dance\, yoga\, visual arts and more\, often embarking on field trips outside of the school building to engage and enlighten.
